I changed to Dr Neil & his team back in October 2024 from having NHS dentists all my life. Going from the NHS approach of "Patch & Repair" I literally felt like I was on a factory conveyor belt. The difference is totally unbelievable. The service is so customer-based. I've had all my NHS crowns & filling removed/replaced (totally painless) I've had my teeth whitened and finally fully composite bonded. And there monthly payment plan is excellent value.

I’ve been a patient of Neil Shad for over ten years and have always received excellent treatment including an implant. At my routine check up last week I told him to go easy as I had suffered a bereavement and was in a bad way. He referred me to his colleague Lydia who is part of the Health Connections Team (which I had never heard of) and within ten minutes I was talking to someone at Frome Medical practice. Since then I have been made aware of the different therapies available for grief. I’m very grateful to Neil and Lydia for their guidance and kindness at this difficult time in my life.

Always very accommodating, excellent service and always fit you in if you have an emergency. My dentist Aurimas Pukas is 1st class and I have been with them over 10 years now. Highly recommend them.

I had my worries with visiting the dentist but after i had an issue and needed help, Catherine Court Dentistry really supported and changed my views. Their friendly staff, patient and professional care made me comfortable and proud of my dental health. Their dental plans has been rewarding offering discount for members. I will encourage anyone to give them a visit.

I have been attending this dental practice for over 15 years. We have always been well looked after. I've always been well informed about treatment options and generally very happy with everything. Whenever I have needed to be seen at short notice I have been booked in promptly. Staff are patient and kind with my neurodivergent and anxious children. Highly recommend.

I recently had cosmetic composite bonding to close some gaps in my smile.Hassan and Emily were absolutely brilliant from start to finish, making the whole process as simple as possible. They explained in depth the different options available and provided me with physical mock up insert of how it would look before the procedure took place. Everything was quick, professional and stressless, They were both fantastic to me all the way through and the results are unbelievable. Could not recommend them enough!

From the initial contact through to completion of treatment I felt at total easy. I have used many dentist over the years but Catherine court tick all the boxes. Dr Sokhi took time and explained everything that would happen during this appointment. Imogen the nurse, was also very caring and proffesional. I can honestly say i was pain free and so much more comfortable the following morning. Not to forget the reception team who guided me through this process are a credit to the practice. Niel Shad is without doubt the BEST dentist I have ever had in my entire life. He is thorough, kind and extremely knowledgeable. I have now moved and I am so so sad to say goodbye to this amazing dentist and fabulous caring practice.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude of my experience at the practice today.All the staff from the receptionists, the nurse and the dentist made me feel so very welcome. Their attention to my needs exceeded my expectations.I wanted to draw your attention to my experience in the practice, as other healthcare services I have accessed recently have paled in significance to today.I must single out the receptionist ladies. I do not recommend this private clinic paid a lot approximately £400Only for one tooth for white fillingsAnd they didn’t make it very well still painful

For 10 years I have put up with two broken molars after the dentist I was with previously said they couldn't be filled but would need crowns. When I eventually contacted Catherine Court, after a friend's recommendation, they have rebuilt both teeth perfectly in composite material. I couldn't be happier. Although it's a private practice I found the charges very reasonable, and the treatment by Dr Avrimas and nurse Hermione was cheerful, painless and fast. I wholly recommend them - I just wish I had found them sooner.

Crown fell out. Replaced almost immediately. Efficient and helpful. Thanks very much. A lifesaver! -Well, at least a face saver! 😁Aurimas is extremely good.This practice is rare in that it has such good dentists and very helpful receptionists. I travel 200 miles to see them and it’s worth it. I am now moving closer to Frome.

Having been a patient of Neil Shad for over 20 years and having complete trust in him and his treatments, it was with some hesitation, when Neil was unavailable, that I was asked to see another dentist - however, I needn’t have worried!!I saw Jake West on Friday for a crown preparation work. He was patient, gentle, professional, answered all my questions and put me at ease. I believe the practice has found a ‘perfect fit’ as Neil is a hard act to follow. Thank you Jake for taking the time to make my visit a good one

Normally see Neil, but with Neil stepping back I was seen by Jake West. Amazing dentist, I had two fillings removed/replaced and had no discomfort or pain. If you are used to Neil looking after you ask for Jake as he is a super dentist. I've already asked to be seen by Jake in the future.

Neil and his team have transformed a nervous patient ( sedation type nervous ) into a very happy patientNobody likes going to the dentist but going there is almost a pleasant experience !All the staff are friendly and helpful and the level of care from Neil first rate .I’ve been going there for 8 years now and wouldn’t consider anywhere else

Neil and the team provided excellent service after my most recent visit.I had not been for a while and so felt apprehensive, as well as the fact I was attending an appointment during Covid. However, the whole process made me feel very much at ease and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming whilst also being thorough with their protocols.Neil was great as he understood my nervousness and never failed to make me feel comfortable. He provided a quick, efficient service whilst being friendly and reassuring. The whole team were excellent from the moment I walked in and Neil’s services were faultless. Neil and the entire team work tirelessly to ensure that each and every patient is overseen to the best of their ability. Their COVID-19 control is excellent; really thorough and consistent.We have been with this practice for many years, each and every time I attend I comment how good Neil and his colleagues are. Treatment is talked through so that the patient fully understands what is planned and it’s all carried out completely painlessly. If there are any developing issues afterwards they are sorted quickly without drama.A super practice that I have no hesitation in recommending. If you are nervous of dentists then try them, you will be pleasantly surprised.
