At Catherine Court Dentistry, we believe in helping you to maintain your oral health, whilst enabling you to spread the cost of your routine dental care.

That is why we have introduced our own dental membership options to ensure healthy teeth and gums for life.

Dental Care Plan – £19.00 per month *

This plan will help you maintain your smile by allowing us to regularly monitor the status of your dental health.

You will be entitled to:

Two dental examinations per year to include. **

• Oral cancer screening
• All intraoral radiographs (as required)
• One hygiene visit

• 20% discount on any routine dental treatments you may need
• Emergency assessment
• Antibiotics dispensed as required

Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme ***

• Eligibility to request assistance following a dental trauma and or dental emergency diagnosis of oral cancer.

* An initial administration fee of £9.50 will be collected with your first payment only

** The provision of routine examinations and hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required consecutive monthly payments

*** The Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme is a scheme established to offer support and assistance to dental plan patients who request treatment following a dental trauma and or dental emergency or oral cancer. The scheme responds to requests for assistance on a wholly discretionary basis. This means that, whilst the scheme aims to provide benefits in most cases, it has no obligation to provide any benefit unless it first decides (in its sole and absolute discretion) that it should provide a benefit. There are circumstances in which the Scheme Handbook. Each request will be looked at individually to assess the request for benefit. Certain restrictions and limitations may apply in the event that the request is accepted and it is possible that the Scheme will decide to provide no benefit.

First Smiles (0-5 years) no monthly charge

• A dental examination every six months
• Oral hygiene instruction
• Topical fluoride treatment if required
• 50% discount on any routine dental treatment your child may need

Growing Smiles (6-12 years) £5.28 per month

This plan includes:

• A dental examination and gum assessment every six months *
• Fissure sealants where necessary
• Oral hygiene instruction
• Topical fluoride treatment if required
• 50% discount on any routine dental treatment your child may need***
• Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.***

Teen Smiles (13-17 years) £8.55 per month

Teens under this plan will receive the same features as the Growing Smiles plan, along with the added benefit of orthodontic assessments and referrals. They will also be entitled to a hygiene appointment when clinically required.

* The provision of routine examinations and hygiene visits is subject to receipt of the required and consecutive monthly payments.

** Discounts only apply to treatments carried out at the practice, exclusions apply.
